FOIL STAMPING ON YOUR INVITATIONS
For those of you looking to add a little shine to your invitations without all the “bling,” I recommend trying what’s called foil stamping. It’s perfect for those who love a touch of shimmer and want to add a more dressed-up elegance to their wedding invitations. One of my favorite techniques is to foil stamp only the couple’s names in a lovely metallic color so they stand out, which is what I did for Remy & David’s invitations. Aren’t their names so beautiful in that pop of champagne-gold foil against the crisp white paper? Try it yourself next time. It’s a great alternative to engraving, and not as expensive or formal. And for a wonderful substitute to gluing crystals on your invitation, try foil stamping the design details to give it that perfect finishing, shining touch!
