Delivery & Timing

Your Order

Once you place an order, we will update you each step of the way including when to expect delivery with a shipment confirmation email. For all current orders, please visit your account information for the most recent status update. Valid Stationery and Home & Gifts domestic orders placed by 11am EST Monday – Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am EST or on holidays or weekends will ship the next business day.

Shipping

Once your order is quality checked and securely packed, you order will ship to you via FedEx. Standard ground shipping is available as is a variety of expedited services to best suit your needs. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package, the delivery location and shipping speed. Please note that Ceci New York is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen issues outside of our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
