A Bohemian Floral Wedding At The Baumberhof Oklahoma

A couple’s story is what makes them unique. Their wedding is a place to invite loved ones to share in their journey with them. #CeciBride Nissa and fiance Derrick found love in The Redwood Forest, surrounded by the trees and nature which they carried into their special day. Their event was held at The Baumberhof Oklahoma, a modern day replica of a beautiful 400 year old German stone barn in Bavaria. In this serene setting, the couple’s bohemian flair was perfectly fit for the simple elegance that showed through every detail of the open-air celebration.

At the ceremony, guests flipped through our custom programs featuring the couple’s custom monogram surrounded by a wreath of greenery and roses. The aisle was lined by striking white perennials and roses that evoked a magnificent overflowing garden. Under tall trees, glowing lights, and an altar bursting with white blooms, Nissa entered in a stunning, intricately decorated ball gown with beading, lace, and embroidery that mirrored the petals that spread around the guests. Her bouquet included pops of light pink that coordinated with those of the bridesmaids, who also carried a mixture of peonies, roses, and chrysanthemums.

Before the reception, guests visited at lounge areas outside of the barn and played around the decorative teepees that were accompanied by live baby llamas. At the bar, our custom signs featured a hand drawing of the couple’s dog adorned with a floral collar, introducing the drink selections and the french bulldog’s signature cocktail, “The Lewy”. Moving toward the lake, guests were greeted with hand calligraphed escort cards displayed on a white wall attached with pink silk ribbons. Inside the reception tent, lush white florals and greenery lined the tables, bringing life to the elegant decor. The flowers from the centerpiece arrangements were reflected onto the place settings that showcased our custom menus with blush floral accents, as well as into the complementing table numbers. Luxe gold finishes on the plates and glasswear made each table shine while clear acrylic chairs brought a subtle elegance to the long wooden tables.

Custom cookies decorated with our hand drawing of Lewy and stunning mixed white flower finished cake were served as guests moved toward the open dance floor for an entertaining evening with special performer P!nk. Guests danced under the glowing tent that sat beneath the shining moonlight on this naturally adorned event. With a bohemian style and crisp, clean flourishes, this wedding was one that reflected so much beauty from its lush surroundings.
