An Elegant New York Chic Wedding at the Rainbow Room

From the first round of design, we knew that #CeciBride Ava’s invitation was going to be New York Chic. The couples special day was celebrated afterwards at The Rainbow Room with its 360 degree views of the city’s twinkling lights. 

“Friday night at the rehearsal, my mother and I were both pretty stressed — that is until our planners pulled out copies of our escort cards, menus, and programs. Ceci's work immediately changed the mood. And when my now husband saw me for our first look, one of the first things he said was, you look like the invitation! It was suddenly clear to him why I disinvited him from that meeting. When we got home from the festivities, I immediately put my husband's and my escort card on our fridge. There are too many memories to index, but I know that the save the dates, invites, and everything from last night will always be a standout part of them. Ceci and her team are the best in the biz.”

The elegant shimmering navy mailer addressed in white calligraphy was only the beginning of the first impression this couples suite would make. On the back fell stars in silver foil – a wink to what would be Ava’s beautiful gown and the wedding cake. Once opened, a shimmery silver liner created the backdrop to the elegant and timeless invitation that was peeking out. Ava and Daniel's classic invitation had a sleek silver foil beveled edge paired with navy engraving on luxe 4ply pearl white paper. The reply card and event details followed suit with navy engraving coupled with a navy reply envelope. A clever and convenient addition to the suite was  a navy belly band with the couples wedding website printed in silver foil that wrapped around the insert cards to package everything together. The end result was a truly elegant suite with a nod to New York’s modern style.
