Ceci Bride Jacey came to us wanting a very, very romantic wedding. Think full draping at The Depot in Minneapolis, Minnesota, warm amber lighting from a beautiful overload of candles, and lace, lots of it! Lace is one trend that keeps popping up on the runways and also happens to be a staple of weddings like Jacey's. Known for its classic elegance, lace adds romance to everything it touches. It can be sentimental, sweet, romantic, sexy – it's so versatile, and has long been the root of much of my creativity.
Naturally, my brides often want to weave this feminine design into their invitations. But we here at Ceci New York don't always choose the literal route – check out the intricate laser-cut bellyband we created for Ceci Bride Jacey, whose wedding, magnificently planned by Amy Zaroff, was dripping with classic details, a gorgeous muted color palette of golds and creams, and a knockout Vera Wang dress.
Last but not least, Jacey and her now husband Aaron (who is a musician) kept their party going by calling on one of the most talented musical teams in the country in Starlight Orchestras. As you can see below, they literally brought the house down - how fun does this party look!?
