Sometimes clients come to us with a completely blank slate. As artists, nothing excites us more than having the freedom to dream up big things that are out of the box, original, and inspirational! One of our #CeciBrides Nellie came to the Ceci design team wanting us to create something wonderful and unique for the baby shower invitation for her little girl to come, Isabelle. Although she hoped to keep a classic and elegant feel, she knew that our team could bring that WOW factor she was searching for.
Inspired by the luxe outdoor garden setting of the shower, we wanted to bring an elevated look to the gentle blush and cream tones of a traditional baby shower. Surrounding the card was a gold foil tinted edge that shined along with the playful text of the event details. On the back, our custom monogram sat among lush modern flowers and baby Bella’s full name in text below. The invitation suite was finished with custom stamps that reflected these same delicate flowers to once more create a charming feel.
At the baby shower, guests walked underneath an elegant entryway made from drapery that was adorned with our custom crest in gold acrylic. A waterfall of pink balloons from the second level of the home flowed into the pool towards the grand, flower covered backdrop that painted the perfect scene for photos and fun. Inside, a long table stretched along the patio where two toned roses and glass candelabras glowed. All the sweet treats you could imagine decorated the dessert station where guests had their pick from gold flaked donuts, baked goods, and even chocolates printed with our custom monogram on top! Bella is sure one loved little baby that was celebrated in style.
