The Inner Circle Experience 2016 Global Summit brought luxury industry leaders and creatives from across the world to the St. Regis Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Here, attendees were inspired to utilize the power of collaboration and bring fresh, bright ideas to the luxury event space. From the grandeur of each event to the thoughtful design of each element, every last detail at this conference was seamlessly and artfully executed. Lavishly decorated with a variety of shimmery tones and a modern, geometric flair, this event put a new twist on the classic old Hollywood glam.
Attendees were treated to a weekend that included a star-studded line up of esteemed speakers. We wanted to match the high profile nature of the event with high end accessories that set the tone for the experiences to come. Upon arrival, guests were provided with our elevated version of a typical corporate conference starter pack that included a handmade welcome box with built-in notepad and Ceci's take on a necklace nametag. A strand of rose gold ball and chain contrasted the black lucite card detailed with rose gold script that made every guest's name tag stand out amongst the crowd. In accompaniment was a handmade clutch wrapped in an embossed leather-like material finished with a rose-colored metal Inner Circle Experience logo. When opened, the clutch was adorned with rose gold grommets and a mirroring logo on our custom branded notepad. These goodies not only set attendees up for success but added style to every minute of notetaking and networking!
Gentle neutral colors were contrasted by bright gold and rose tones that brought a unique opulence to each daytime event. Simplistic florals swept an airy feel into the luncheon room where our cascading flower-shaped menus carried a delicate charm across every table to mirror the lovely arrangements. Meals and cocktail hours were the perfect opportunities for individuals to network with others in varied fields. From the soft patterned linens at brunch to the grand planters filled with lush greenery at the cocktail hours, guests were constantly inspired to converse about new visions for their own work.
A formal gala capped off the experience that celebrated the 2016 summit leader’s achievements and the priceless community built. This was the time for us to bring truly decadent touches, because really, what’s a summit for luxury event professionals without a luxury event of its own! At dinner, our trifold copper foiled black menu with hand calligraphy stood as a bold statement piece at every table setting. After sharing their experiences and ideas with new and old friends alike over dinner, guests were encouraged to get out on the dance floor and let loose. A live band and open bar kept everyone entertained for hours on end. This fun event left attendees taking so much more than just the invaluable industry lessons learned from session to session.
